The holiday season is finally here with Christmas right around the corner! Before we know it, we will be attending all kinds of fun holiday parties which are some of the best opportunities to get dressed up! Check out one of the outfits I’ll be wearing this holiday season!
Cold weather can’t stand between me and my love of dresses. This black, quarter-sleeve dress is absolutely perfect for a holiday party. As soon as I spotted it, I knew I had to buy it! I adore the simple black color and A-frame style. There’s just something so chic about the pop of white paired with the black.
To top it off, these red shoes were a must! For a winter-like look, I went with these suede, high heel pumps. Although, I must warn you, these can be dangerous to wear in the winter so make sure you spray them with a shoe protector before heading out.
The best part about this outfit is that if it’s too cold, I can throw on a pair of black tights and booties for some warmth!

Oh, deer dear, Halloween is coming up soon! I absolutely LOVE this time of the year. It’s so much fun getting dressed up and acting silly with your friends, and the more creative, the better! If you’re still contemplating what to be this year, try this adorable, simple deer look!
Start by highlighting the tops of your cheeks, middle of your forehead, and along your cupids bow. I’m using Jane Iredale’s concealer (disappear) for a perfectly highlighted look.
Next, contour your eyes with nude shadows: Apply a cream shade to the center of your eyelid and the inside corner of your eye. Then blend brown shades in the crease area and outside corner. I love using Jane Iredale eye shadow (cappuccino) to create that pop of color in the crease area.
Once your lids are finished, line your eyes with black or brown liquid liner. I’m using Jane Iredale black/brown liquid liner to create dark bold lines.
After you’ve drawn your liner, coat your lashes with black mascara to make your eyes really pop!
Then, using a black pencil, create a deer nose by tracing the tip of your nose.
Lastly, draw small dots using a white pencil across your nose and upper cheeks.

Ashley Greene – oh how I envy you. She’s absolutely gorgeous, is a brilliant actress, a wonderful role model for women, and has a killer complexion. Seriously, she’s perfect.
I can’t get over how bright her skin tone is – I’m obsessed! She actually glows. I read that she drinks LOTS of water to keep her skin smooth and clear. Obviously, it’s working like a charm. She also exfoliates regularly.
Seriously, does the Twilight star even have pores?! I love how dewy her complexion is! And those brows are everything. The only makeup Ashley needs is a some mascara, blush, and a pop of color on her lips – her skin does everything else.
